What's the big "take away" from Chapter One for you?

When I first read this book 25 years ago this first chapter was (forgive me) a "Revelation. Everything I had heard about the Book of Revelation up to that point said that the book was about "the End of the World". It was so refreshing to have this insight that the book is about Jesus! Prevost offers this as a "key" for understanding the book. Do you find this helpful?

For me it was a relief to consider that the focus is on Jesus and not on "the beast." We grew up in the time when the movie, The Exorcist was a big deal and I think it set people's mind a certain way. It became so tiresome!
